Moved SNFIdentity functionality to SNFMilterConfig.
Create any config files that don't exist from the sample files.
SNFMilterConfig is responsible for saving and restoring all config
files.
SNFIdentity is deprecated.

Initial revision. SNFIdentity and SNFMilterConfig are functional (for
integrating/unintegrating with postfix), but backup/restore of
configuration files is not implemented. Also, SNFIdentity does not
download a new rulebase.
